Education:
School Education is important segment of the educational
delivery system considerably contributing to the development scenario in the State. While elementary education provides the basis that’s reinforced at the secondary
tier, the plus two constitutes a core component where the teeming thousands of young
boys and girls fan out into different career choices and options.
In the recent years, School Education has recorded an
unprecedented thrust, particularly in the elementary segment. The SSA has come as
a boon, as it were, unleashing a series of initiatives seeking universal enrolment
and retention, reduction of social, regional and gender gaps,
mainstreaming of the children with special needs and promotion of quality parameters.
